The fitness industry is saturated with Photoshopped "FitPros" selling overpriced "must have" supplements and "8-week transformations" that "GUARANTEE RESULTS". Thats not us. We aren't here to pose on instagram, or sell the same generic workouts to anybody willing to pay for them. We are here because we want to transform the lives of our clients, helping them along on their journey to be fitter, healthier and happier. We share with others what we ourselves have learnt through research, qualification, client experience and the ups, and downs of our own fitness journey throughout the years.
As soon as you orders a plan we get straight to work. First, we find out about you. What do you most want to achieve? How much time are you able to commit? What are your current activity levels? Next, we create you personalised workout plans that suit your ability, align with your goals and fit your lifestyle. These will arrive direct to your inbox every week and can be accessed and completed anytime, any place.
Our plans are straight forward and easy to understand. Each workout is clearly set-out with images or videos, reps, sets and rest periods - all you have to do is follow the plan and give it your all.
No Gym membership? No Problem! - It's your plan, it's built solely around you. If you don't have a gym membership that's fine, we'll just remove the gym environment from the equation when we design your plan . It will be structured exactly the same our gym-based plan, the difference is that your workouts can be done absolutely anywhere with no equipment at all.You don't need a gym to loose weight or build muscle, you can still get results at home with little or no equipment!
Forget fad diets. In fact, lets forget the word "diet" all together. You don't need to be "on a diet" to achieve your goals. Instead, be conscious about the quality and quantity of foods that you put into your body. You don't have to stop eating the foods you love, you just have to make sure that you aren't eating them in excess. Its finding the right balance between getting the results you want and still enjoying your food. Boring, restrictive diets aren't sustainable and we're in this for the long-haul.

With Lean Physique Fitness you'll get access to hundreds of recipes, with everything from shakes to snacks, from main meals to sweet treats, we cover it all. Every recipe comes with a complete macro breakdown, as well as ingredients and clear instructions on how to cook and prepare. We also have a range of supporting nutrition management packs that cover topics such as Meal Prep and Batch cooking, through to logging calories and utilising MyFitnessPal.

24/7 Clients Support - Whether you have a question about your workouts, or nutrition, or perhaps your feeling a little deflated and struggling for motivation, we are always being at the end of the phone should you need any support. We'll always do our best to reply to messages same day or call back when we get chance.
Weekly Weigh-ins - We have calls with each and every one of our online clients on a weekly basis. These catch-ups give us opportunity to record and review progress, enabling us to highlight any amendments we need to make to your workouts or nutrition and keep you moving towards your goals each and every week.

Like many others, the fitness industry has seen a big shift towards internet based services in recent years. However, great 1-1 personal training is still very much alive and kicking.
Its where it all started for us. Throughout our years we have helped hundreds of people change their lives, reach their goals and ultimately become healthier and happier for good. As Fitness Professionals their is no better feeling for us than knowing that we have helped people, its why we are so passionate about what we do.
Unfortunately, in accordance with government regulation our bootcamps have temporarily been stopped. We are looking to re-start as soon as we are legally allowed will post updates as and when we get them via this website and our socials.

Currently, we are based at Club Energy - an extremely welcoming and friendly gym environment that boasts a huge range of fitness equipment across all zones - Studio, Cardio, Performance, Strength and Ladies. It's a clean and well maintained facility with helpful, supportive team of staff.
You're not required to be a membership to train with us, but should you want to train at the facility independently then the membership prices are extremely reasonably priced.
